Don’t Sleep: there are monsters in the dark

Sometimes monsters are not under your bed, they are in your head. And sometimes, well, sometimes there are monsters in the dark. But they are not fictional creatures- people are monsters at times. And sometimes we don’t see it. Not right away.

And certainly no one sees themselves as such. We are always the hero in our own story- no matter who they hurt or how they hurt them. Our brains do that sometimes- make us see ourselves in the best light possible to protect our self-identity.
